Cookbook Chronicles: Reading Recipes

curator

  • Edible Issues

Recipes are more than just instructions—they are stories that can take the imagination into new flavour lands or unearth memories of forgotten tables. From the poetic rhythms of ingredient lists to the sensorial intonations of the recipes themselves, cookbooks and recipes are literary pieces to be savoured.

The facilitators will be bringing their favourites and invite you to bring your own cookbooks, food writings and other lush food literature to read, share and feast over.

This workshop is a part of the larger curation titled Cultures of our Food Futures’ by Edible Issues.
