A Serendipity Arts Foundation Grant
Abhibyanjana is a musician and budding producer from Gangtok, Sikkim. Her music is a culmination of dream pop and alternative rock with influences from eclectic artists across the spectrum, such as Grouper and Mitski. Her music, filled with dreamy soundscapes explores themes of girlhood, disillusionment with systems, identity, generational trauma, and invisibility and liminality.
Abhibyanjana's upcoming release is an EP titled"City of My Heart," where she grapples with the complexities and often conflicting aspects of identity and self. The record is made possible by the Independent Music Production Grant by Serendipity Arts Foundation.
Over the past years, she has released several singles and an EP, and her music has been well-recieved by music journalists and critics in India.
