Bring and Share: Bring your own homemade pickles to exchange and share the stories behind them. Connect with others through the diverse flavours and traditions represented.
Create and Learn: Visit the BYOP nook to make your own pickles and learn about the international fermentation cultures that contribute to our shared, ancient culinary heritage.
Be Part of the Ecosystem: Add your pickling jar to the‘Achar Wall’ and observe your pickles transform, change colour and flavour over the course of the festival.
