Our volunteers form the backbone for the smooth running of the festival. We couldn’t do it without you!
Are you ready to get involved in an action packed arts event this December? Then you may be just what we’re looking for! Join the team of volunteers for Serendipity Arts Festival 2024 for an unforgettable work experience!
Required
- You must be 18 years or older as of 1st December 2024 - this is non-negotiable
- You should possess a valid PAN card and a bank account - we'd like to make sure you get your stipend
- An updated CV - we'd love to get to know more about you and what you've been up to in the last year or more
- Please note: Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation in Goa
Bonus Points
- An interest and prior knowledge in the arts is a plus point, but not mandatory
- English and Hindi will be the main languages spoken, but if you are comfortable with multiple language, this will be really helpful
- Festival working days will be long and busy - your enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail will be highly appreciated.
Incentives
- You will receive a daily stiped on INR 1000/-for expenses including tea and snacks
- For your contribution you will receive a certificate upon completion of the festival

The Application deadline is 15 October.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for phone or in person interviews by 31 October.
If selected, you will need to provide your confirmed travel details (confirmed ticket and accommodation in Goa) to the volunteer management team at Serendipity Arts by 15 November.
