Qablan Cafe

Qabalan Cafe is a heartfelt tribute to my father, whose journey began in Qabalan—a quiet village in Nablus, Palestine, where olive trees stand as symbols of strength and heritage. Though life took him far, his roots remained unshaken, finding a second home in the warmth of Goa. Here, his story continues through my Goan mother’s recipes—dishes crafted with love and care.

Our menu is where Palestinian soul meets Goan heart, each flavour carrying the essence of family, laughter, and belonging. Qabalan Cafe is for everyone—a place to pause, to gather, and to savour simple, honest flavours.
