If I am a parent and I have kids, how do I register them?
If your child is below 8 years of age, you do not need to register them separately. They can accompany you without any issues. If your child is above 8 years, you will need to book a ticket for them if you plan to attend a specific programme together. -
I have booked my seats, the payment has been deducted but I didn’t receive the confirmation and my dashboard is showing as pending.
If your dashboard shows Pending and you have not received a confirmation email, it may be a short delay in payment processing. If the status does not change within 24 hours, please contact us with your details and we will resolve it quickly. -
Do I get individual passes for multiple programmes?
You receive one Art Pass when you register for the festival. As you book more programmes, your selections are added to this Art Pass and can be redeemed during the festival. Keep your Art Pass handy. Our team will scan it and permit entry based on your bookings -
Can I book tickets on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. Make sure the attendee carries the pass with the correct QR code during entry - Can I edit or cancel my booking after payment?
Bookings cannot be edited or cancelled once confirmed. Any decision regarding ticket cancellation or refunds is at the discretion of the Serendipity Arts Festival team. -
Do I need to carry a printed ticket?
No. Digital passes are accepted. Please keep your Art Pass QR code accessible on your phone. -
Do I need a ticket for free programmes?
Some programmes are free but still require prior booking to manage capacity. Check the programme page for details -
How to book programmes for Serendipity Arts Festival?
Click on Book, select the date, time and quantity, then click Add to Calendar. After that, select Proceed to Checkout and enter the required details. You will be redirected to the Razorpay page to complete the payment. Once done, your tickets will be confirmed and added to your dashboard. -
Can I get all the programmes at one place?
Yes. We will soon publish a digital festival map on our website that will act as a complete guide. Until then, you can use the filter feature on our website to browse programmes by category, date, curator or discipline.
Programme and Venue Information

Does different pricing entail different access for the Arena at Nagalli Hills?
The tiered pricing does not change access or entitlement to specific seating at the Arena. It follows a pay as you wish model, allowing you to choose a value starting from 99 rupees for the programme. -
What time should we reach the venue before a performance?
For closed door performances, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so we can ensure a smooth entry without disturbing the artists’ setup. -
Are there any guidelines for River Raag?
Yes, please follow these important guidelines:- Do not enter from the Santa Monica Jetty Gate. Use the multilevel parking instead.
- Be punctual. The jetty departs at 5 PM sharp. Arrive 40 minutes early for smooth entry.
- Park at the multilevel paid parking for convenience.
- Use the underpass to cross the road safely.
- Carry your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
- If you require special access, inform the volunteer at the jetty entrance.

Will shuttles operate between venues?
Yes. Free shuttle services will run across key festival venues throughout the day. Shuttle timings will be updated on the website and festival map. -
Is there parking available at the venues?
Most venues have limited or no on-site parking. We recommend using the multilevel parking and shuttle services provided by the festival. -
Are food and beverages available at the venues?
Select venues will have food stalls and water refill stations. Availability may vary by location. -
Are the venues accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Most of our venues are accessible. If you require assistance, please inform a volunteer at the entry point. -
Are photography and videography allowed?
This varies by programme. Look for signage at the venue or ask a volunteer before capturing photos or videos.

How to participate in the festival as an artist?
The artist lineup for certain programmes is curated directly by the festival curators and is not open for applications. We announce multiple open calls across various disciplines throughout the year. Submissions are reviewed by a jury panel, and selected applicants are notified by email. How to volunteer for the Serendipity Arts Festival
