Wall Making with Adobe

Wall Making with Adobe

curator

  • Special Project

One of the oldest building techniques, adobe walls are made with sun dried mud bricks. The participants will learn about how to make their own bricks and lay them into a wall. The workshop will not only teach them about how to build with mud, but the architects from Aabhat (Hunnarshala Foundation) will tell the participants about contemporary uses of these technologies and how they can help combat the climate crisis.

This workshop is a part of the 'Listening to the Earth: A Living Museum of Speaking Walls' curation by Aabhat Studio.
