François is a French Muppet who was left behind in Goa in the 1770s. He has seen Goa go through various shifts and changes. He found himself without a puppeteer when the French left. He put a message in a bottle and threw it in the sea which floated across to Bombay and reached Shez. They found each other and are here together at the Festival to share stories of art and artists with young people - both being artists themselves!
