A creative journey that starts from within, this mindful art experience uses guided meditation and breathwork to help participants find focus and calm. With only a few hues and the freedom to use their fingers, participants create art that reflects their true selves in a fully supportive, non-judgmental environment. This art journaling practice leaves participants with a sense of deep relaxation and enhanced self-awareness by the end of the session.
