Listening to the Earth pays homage to the people and their building techniques, perfected over centuries to respond not just their own personal needs, comfort and aspirations but also the ecosystem of all living and non-living beings around.
The living museum is a Panjim Cube Projectn invitation to understand mud-based buildingtechniques through an interactive exhibition and workshops. In this walkthrough, the participants will learn about different kinds of wall-making, flooring and plastering techniques from the artisans who are not only conserving these techniques but also adapting them to meet the challenges of present times.
This workshop is a part of the 'Listening to the Earth: A Living Museum of Speaking Walls' curation by Aabhat Studio.
