RBC Folk Ensemble

RBC Folk Ensemble

A folk supergroup with a richly diverse cultural heritage, The Conservatoire Folk Ensemble, is the UK's biggest folk band. Led by renowned fiddle player and arranger Joe Broughton (The Urban Folk Quartet, The Albion Band, Joss Stone), have built a reputation for delivering high-energy, powerful performances.

Their setlist is shaped by the unique influences of each member, blending traditional English and Celtic reels with rock grooves, funk, jazz, hip-hop, ska, and reggae. Eastern European and Asian flourishes further enrich their sound, creating a vibrant fusion of global traditions.

This is 21st-century folk. This is Power Folk.
