This collaborative workshop aims to create a participatory sensorial experience through a curated tasting menu emerging from smell notes left behind as part of the exhibit"Smell Trace". The exhibit is about our sensorial journey of select train routes. Taking cues from olfactory traces from food objects that the audience could not associate, this participatory workshop will enable us to ask what allows us to associate/ disassociate with smells of food objects we have not tasted. Chef Dalarympei Sabrina will curate a tasting menu by reinterpreting the smells of select food items to ask what produced missed connections.
