Sound is such a crucial sense! As much as we can see, smell, taste and touch, so can we hear. It is 1/5th of our entire sensory experience of reality. Yet in this fast-paced day and age, it is a critically underrated sense, whilst, ironically, simultaneously being overstimulated! Construction noises, traffic, the person sitting next to you scrolling loud insta reels.. there is so much noise!

This intuitive workshop focuses on how we can learn to “listen” and truly connect with each other through sound. Via a series of fun participatory activities, we meander through different discussions relating to sound and music, expose ourselves to interesting tribal instruments, and even have a mini-performance at the end. Come join us for this interactive and participatory sonic experience!
