Join us for an immersive martini-focused experience hosted at Food Lab in collaboration with Serendipity Arts Festival 2025. Led by Hapusa Co-Founder and Maker, Anand Virmani, with on-ground facilitation by Swanand Korgaonkar, this workshop invites you to rediscover the iconic martini through Himalayan craftsmanship.

Explore Hapusa’s Himalayan juniper story, understand martini styles and techniques, and learn how subtle variations in dilution, vermouth, temperature, and garnishes transform the drink. The session includes a hands-on DIY martini segment where participants experiment with infusions, vermouth variations, brines, and botanicals to create their own personalised martini.
