Date 20th December

03:00 PM - 04:30 PM

This workshop invites participants to reflect on personal and collective experiences of disability, access, and belonging. Through guided prompts, participants will craft or record poetic letters to abstract ideas such as “normalcy,” “invisibility,” or “the stairs.” The process helps uncover emotions of internalized ableism, frustration, resilience, and hope. Participants can choose to present their letters as written text, word-art posters, or audio recordings, ensuring accessibility for all.
